Julie Renouf is an Australian photographer and director known for her natural, spontaneous aesthetic. Now based in the South of France, she brings over 20 years of experience across advertising and editorial. She works with agencies and clients throughout Europe.

Her work is predominantly food, product and interiors — shooting in natural light wherever possible, she partners closely with clients to create visual stories that connect with their audience. Her portfolio spans over a hundred cookbooks, advertising campaigns across stills and motion, and values-led content — including a plant-based cookbook series and a social media video for an Australian animal sanctuary that reached over three quarters of a million views.

She has worked with agencies including DDB on food campaigns, and Saatchi & Saatchi London on international advertising productions.

She is known for her sociable, down-to-earth nature — equally at home with a lean team or a large crew. Meticulous in preparation, open in creative collaboration.

Away from the camera, Julie is committed to conserving her 17th-century home, tends her organic vegetable garden, and hosts alfresco harvest lunches for friends.
